Where have all the bakeries gone?
Every town, big and small, once had a bakery- before super markets took on the task of making and selling bread.
Bread Fellows grew out of our love of bread, a desire to learn the craft of bread making, and the need for community made bread.
We are making bread made with organic flours and grains, much of it grown right here in New York State.
We are currently working towards expanding our markets, so if you are interested in selling or serving our breads,
or you would like to try them, please contact us.
